problem with macromedia flash update

i am having win98 OS with IE 6 . there is a
problem when i try to update macromedia flash and shockwave
flash .
there is no response after i pressed the Install
NOW button and the Statusbar shows restricted site icon.
i have tried all the options that is privacy and
security options to allow all first and third party
cookies .
eventhough still it is showing cookie is blocked

Please help me in this regard.

I AM WINDOWS 2000 PRO. IE6 BROWSER, COULD NOT INSTALL

MACROMEDIA FLASH , NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED. TRIED FOR WEEKS,
INSTALLED NETSCAPE BROWSER WHICH COMES WITH THE MACROMEDIA
FLASH PLAYER, WORKS GREAT. THEN IF YOU WANT THE MACROMEDIA
SHOCKWAVE PLAYER YOU NEED TO INSTALL IT FROM THE MACROMEDIA
WEBSITE. OF COURSE USING YOUR NETSCAPE BROWSER, NOT YOUR
IE6 BROWSER. MAYBE THIS WILL HELP YOU.
