IE6 is closing

Hi I don't know why this should be happening, but now when I open IE it says
it has to close. The add-on manager says there is a problem with Shockwave
Flash Objects-Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 r19, and I see that adverts are
missing from my homepage.

The option to update active x is greyed out in the manager.

The only thing I have done lately is the windows update, if this could be
the cause.

Do you think to download the latest Shockwave Player from from Mac-Adobe
will cure this.

Thank you..

No I don't have the toolbar. I wonder why this add-on has suddenly deceided
to fail..

Any other ideas ?

Ok now all fixed.

I found the shockwave player uninstaller, used it, and downloaded the
latest from Adobe.

Bad news when things pack up for now apparent reason..

There's always a reason but you're right it may not be apparent. ; )
