Problem with Active X

When I click on some web sites, the site comes on with a bar at the top of
the browser:
"You security settings do not allow Web sites to use Active X
controls......Click here for options.

However, if I click on the bar, I get no choices (as in the past), I only
get a little box saying" Information Bar Help".

How can I restore my choices?

Step 1 : OPEN IE
STEP 2:click on tools in IE
STEP3:then securtiy
STEP 4: hit restore defaults

Note: you can restore defaults in "internet Local Intrane"
