Problem restart

Trying to reinstall windows xp
on restart error message comes up
Line 19 of the INF file \$WIN_NT$. "BT\winnt.sif" is
invalid
Setup cannot continue. Press any Key to exit.

Help please.

Try formatting the partition, and try reinstall.

Update the system BIOS and try setup again

but the same problem is continued even if the PC is started several times and my PC cannot start it shows ne the same message
