Can't install WinXP

Fresh install(not upgrade)
I get this after setup procedure restarts my comp :

"Line 33 of the INF file \$win_nt$.~BT\Winnt.sif is invalid Setup canot
continue."

On line 33 of Winnt.sif reads "Autodiscovery_Flag=4"

This behavior can occur because the BIOS cannot read certain
large text files during the installation of Windows XP.
To resolve this behavior, obtain an updated BIOS for your motherboard.
