Printing Complete Message

How can you turn this off? I have disabled the Messenger service on my
workstation, but still every tinme a print job is complete, I get a message
that it is. I am printing to a print server. I tried turning off the
messenger service on the server but still no luck. This message is annoying
and unnecessary for my users.
