Pricelessware.org JV16 version Question

I just directed a friend to the Pricelessware.org site to download the Jv16
Powertool and the date time out version is what downloaded. The description
does have the 1.3.195 which is the last non time out version but that isn't
what downloaded.
Has the download site been checked?
I found it at the http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/
