Dialup users cannot download 500 or 50 megs

Dialup users can download 50, or even 500, MB files. It just takes a
long time. If one is downloading a 500 MB file via dialup then the
chances of losing one's connection before completion are fairly high.

Not all servers allow file downloading resumption. One might download
499 MB, lose the connection, then have to start again.

This is less of a problem with a 50 MB download. It is easier/faster
to resume from scratch a 50 MB file than a 500 MB file. If one needs
to.

As said previously. There are currently two ways to download the
PL files. All 500 MB+ or one by one. If Ceg cares to offer a
worthwhile third option because of what I said above then he
should be encouraged/thanked (particularly) by dialup users IMO.
