on the old 2004 site, whoever is the web master of that seemingly

How, pray, does one post anything on an abandoned site which - by
definition- does not have a webmaster?

Hey, oxymoron,

if the 2004 site is being hosted and still refers to its sponsorship by
this newsgroup, it is reasonable to suppose that someone has edit access
to the page in order to post a helpful link on the site redirecting
viewers to the 2005 site!
