Preventing user deleting desktop icons

Hi,

My company is using Windows XP Pro and I need to know how
to prevent a user deleting desktop icons and how to set
that up. Please advice.

If you want all users to have the icons, create them in
c:\documents and settings\all users\desktop. Then right-
click the icons, select the security tab and configure the
users to only have read access.
