Power failure/ Outlook 2007 won't open

Message says:

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:\Useres\FL\outlook\outlook.pst is
n ot a personal folders file.

Help!

Is there a PST by that name in that folder? Have you tried using the Inbox
Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) on it?

Thanks for your response. Where can I fnd the inbox Repair Tool
(scanpst.exe)?
I tried to search for it, but did not find it.

It should be %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe

Got it, however I can't locate my PST file that I need to scan. Any
suggestions?
Thanks for your help..sorry I'm not so computer savy.

It's probably in %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook. Just enter that string
in Windows Explorer and you should see it.
