popup blocker in xp ie 6

When I first upgraded the newest version of the IE for XP version 6, there was a popup blocker that came with it and appeared on my toolbar. You could click it to allow popups on certain pages if you wanted. And it would tell you how many popups had been blocked. All of a sudden, it's gone. I can't figure out how to get it back. I've added the google toolbar which also has this feature, but would like to get the IE one back..anyone know how????

ie doesn't have a popup blocker yet. do a spyware scan with
spybot from safer-networking.org then update it and then
run it.or use ad-aware from lavasoftusa.com
