Popup Blocker Not Working in IE....

Admittedly, I'm using IE7, but this problem still occurs if I roll back to
IE6.

It's driving me mad.

If I goto this website http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/

Click on any of the news items, IE will report that it blocked a popup, but
the popup appears anyway!! I also have a laptop, running the same browser,
but the popup DOES get blocked. I only re-installed XP a few days ago and
popups were getting blocked for that site - but now, and I can't work out
what I've done, they don't get blocked.

I use ZoneAlarm, which I've also tried disabling, I also use Spybot Search
and Destroy which I've also disabled the bad site blocker to see if that
helps.

Can anyone shed any light as to why this maybe happening?
