Ever had such an annoying message given by Windows?
"Cannot delete file: Access is denied.", "There has been a sharing
violation.", "The source or destination file may be in use.", "The file is
in use by another program or user.", "Make sure the disk is not full or
write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.".
Unlocker is the solution! Simply right click the file or folder and select
Unlocker. If the file or folder is locked then a window will appear with a
list of processes locking the file or folder. Select the locks and click
Unlock and you are done.
It is recommended to Unlock wisely and to close open processes locking
files or folder if any, but if only Explorer.exe is the culprit, do not
hesitate!

TrueCrypt is a software system for establishing and maintaining an
on-the-fly-encrypted volume
(data storage device). On-the-fly encryption means that data are
automatically encrypted or
decrypted right before they are loaded or saved, without any user
intervention. No data stored o
an encrypted volume can be read without using the correct password or
encryption key. Until
decrypted, a TrueCrypt volume appears to be nothing more than a series of
random numbers.
Entire file system is encrypted (i.e., file names, folder names, contents
of every file, and free
space). TrueCrypt never writes decrypted data to any storage device (it
only temporarily writes
data being decrypted to RAM).

07 (DESCRIPTION) FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec. Grossly
oversimplified, FLAC is similar to MP3, but lossless, meaning that audio
is compressed in FLAC without any loss in quality. This is similar to
how Zip works, except with FLAC you will get much better compression
because it is designed specifically for audio, and you can play back
compressed FLAC files in your favorite player (or your car or home
stereo, see supported devices) just like you would an MP3 file.
FLAC is freely available and supported on most operating systems,
including Windows, "unix" (Linux, *BSD, Solaris, OS X, IRIX), BeOS,
OS/2, and Amiga. There are build systems for autotools, MSVC, Watcom C,
and Project Builder.

stood for LAME Ain't an Mp3 Encoder. LAME started life as a GPL'd patch
