Photoshop won't start

I am running XP SP2. When I click on Adobe Photoshop 7.0 icon on the desktop,
it appears trying to open, but shuts down after about 15 seconds. Then I went
to start and Programs and click the Photoshop icon there. The same thing. So
I started Windows Explorer, went to Adobe folder and click on Photoshop icon
there. The same thing. But if I logoff from XP and logon as a different user,
Photoshop starts fine. So I gave Full rights to the Adobe folder, login as
myself, still won't help. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
