This is an odd error in the sense that there is no official documentation
available. Google turns up a few threads where the error eventually
disappears without ever knowing the real cause. In some of those cases, the
users felt that it was caused by badly written software including malware.

I received feedback after helping someone with this issue once. In that
instance, the user replaced their RAM with good quality sticks and the
error was never seen again.

General troubleshooting: If you've added software or hardware recently -
try uninstalling it in an attempt to return to a point where the error is
gone. Then add items back one at a time. Test carefully after each addition
- even waiting a few days in between additions to be extra sure.

If no luck, may want to try the hardware approach. You could run memory
diagnostics first. Caveat: These are not always 100% accurate and sometimes
pass hardware that they shouldn't. In the case I mentioned above the
diagnostic program was unable to detect errors in the old memory. Flip
side: if it does detect errors - then you know that you're headed in the
right direction.
