Palm USB and XPPro

We just upgraded our laptop to XP Pro. I installed the
Palm software and hotsync (V4.1) for our USB M515 and I
can see the local USB for the admin but not the user
account. The user logs on to domain and has user
rights. I also tried promoting him to domain admin and
re-install. Still, local USB option does not come up.
It defaults to Local Serial.

Any suggestions would be appreciated to get this device
working.

Try this: first, add the user to admin group; then re-install sync software
from this account.
Check if it works. Then remove the user from admin group.
