pages won't publish

I recently upgraded to FP2003 from FP98. I've been having trouble with 3 pages on my website, with text running off the page on the right side. Since I upgraded, and it didn't solve the problem, I just re-did the pages from scratch in FP2003. I put the text in a table as I was advised to do from a previous post, but the text was still running off the right side of the page.

I was losing my mind until I made some text changes, published to my website, and realized that the offending pages are not publishing to my website. The rest of the website is just fine. The pages I'm having trouble with are listed below.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't know html or any code language, so either a phone number to call or plain english would be most appreciated. Thank you

www.leadtechforensic.com/providing.htm
www.leadtechforensic.com/industri.htm
www.leadtechforensic.com/productliability.html

providing.html seems fine to me (I'm using IE 6.0 Windows ME).

the other two pages are invalid URLS (I get 404 Page Missing errors).

Remove all spaces and punctuation ( , & ) from all file names
- illegal html and breaks links (cause publishing errors)

industrial&manufacturing.html should be industrial_and_manufacturing.html
http://www.leadtechforensic.com/fires&.html should be
http://www.leadtechforensic.com/fires_and_explosions.html
http://www.leadtechforensic.com/police,.html should be
http://www.leadtechforensic.com/police_criminal_security.html

The last 2 pages are at
http://www.leadtechforensic.com/industrial&manufacturing.html
http://www.leadtechforensic.com/product_liability.html
