Page can't be display

I'm running IE 6 with Xp. On some webpages it wont show
pictures and has a graphical placeholder instead (big red
x) Also if there are frames in the webpage it'll show
the "page couldn't be displayed" error. Security settings
are default, cleared my temp & cookies and still doesn't
work. I've done a windows update thing too to no avail.

Hi- have you checked Tools, Internet Options, Advanced,
multimedia section and 'Show Pictures' is checked?

Are you using any other additional software that might
block images? Added anything to your hosts file that
blocks web sites?
