Can't display page in one frame

One user computer's IE has strange problem that won't display web page in
one frame.

e.g. www.pollux.com.hk > click 'company profile' (left side) > then right
side frame won't display page and just still displys the backgroud color.
It also happens in different website too.

The PC is windows 2000 sp4 + IE6 + with all updated security packs
installed.

I've tried the following troubleshooting methods
- delete all temp internet files /cookies / reset IE settings completely
- uninstall sun java / use MS java / install newest flash version etc.

But all these jobs can't help. Anyone can help me how to solve this PC.

Can the user display the page outside of the frame:

There should also be a JavaScript menu, top left of that page, too.

If no joy (and especially if the menu at the top doesn't show), maybe
reinstalling the scripting engines on that problem box will help:
