Clear the IE cache. (IE, tools, Options, Delete Files button, include
offline content.)

Go to Start/Run, and type: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL Then open IE, Tools menu,
Options, Program Tab, and click the "Reset Web Settings" button.

I would like to thank you for your help in solving another problem. I
get paid to read emails and some of them have multiple links. I just got a
new pc with win xp home as an os and when I clicked a link it didn't
highlight it so I would not click it again. I had spent about 16 hours
straight searching to find out how to correct this problem. I found your
post and tried what you suggested to the other individual as a solution for
his/her problem and it fixed mine.

Thank-you again,

I am having the same "Page cannot be displayed" problem on a WinXP Pro
machine and tried the suggested solution and it did not fix my problem. Any
other ideas?
