page cannot be displayed

I keep getting the warning on blocks within a page saying the `the page
cannot be displayed'
tried allsorts of remedies any ideas ?

I know I have that problem when I turn on the Norton Internet Security...
Probably because I also have a bunch of bugs and stuff that don't allow it to
update. But still, try turning off your firewall and try putting your
internet privacy to medium or medium high (you'll find this in the Internet
Options part). Hope this helps.
