outlook won't open

When I try to run outlook 2003 for the first time the
following message appears

Unable to open default email folders. MAPI unable to
load information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service
is correctly installed and configured

What do I need to do?

I presume gwmsp1.dll is a GroupWise component? If so, you may need to
contact Novell to check on compatibility with Outlook 2003. I don't recall
seeing any information on that issue.
