I have installed Office 2003 edition but I cannot start Outlook as it comes
up with the following error -

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. BE
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

Question - Groupwise is set as my default email client and so, I presume,
Outlook wants to download all the folders etc from Groupwise. How do I
delete that association so that OUtlook and Groupwise are not linked? Is it
in Outlook or Groupwise? I cannot open Outlook as once the error appears it
closes down.

See if you can remove the references to Groupwise here: Control Panel > Mail
applet > Email accounts
