Outlook msg starting for first time. deleted existing email accoun

"Outlook is starting for the first time" Outlook opened with all the old
emails, but the email account was deleted. I cannot set up the old email
account. It says the password is incorrect.
Now, Outlook has opened and does not show the old emails. This new copy of
Outlook is not seeing the .pst file.
I had not made any changes to Outlook.

You can reconnect another pst-file via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
