Outlook 2003 and Business Contact manager

I am running Outlook 2003. Since I installed the Business Contact manager, Outlook is a bit slower and I get the following application event log

Any idea what is happening here? Everything is working (albeit a little slower)

I am having that same error in Outlook w/BCM too. Any
ideas out there folks? Thank you for all of your help!
