Outlook 2000 hangs on exit

Outlook 2000 hangs with only the oulook logo remaining when exiting progra.
We are using Exchange 5.5 on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server. This is not
happening to all users. When a user with the problem logs into another
machine, outlook exits correctly. Any ideas?

Do you have a Palm or PocketPC (PDA) connected to your pc or laptop? I
noticed when other programs or outlook programs are connected to your
exchange outlook it hangs. Stop all programs using outlook by disconnecting
them. So shutdown your Palm or PDA. This could solve most of the problems.
