Outlook hangs at Exit

I have 1 user out of 100 that every time he exits Outlook 2000 his sytem just
hangs until you kill the process. We replaced his pc and it still does it so
it must be something in his profile. It doesn't happen to anyone else and it
is on 2 different PCs. Any ideas?
