Out look Blocks sending some attached files with mail

Hi,

We are facing some surprise problem with Outlook.

when we send a particular attachment (word file) stops sending that mail.
mail goes to sent items folder and gets deleted immediately. other
attachments or mails without attachments get delivered without any problem.

Does any one has Idea about this behaviour?

I am not aware that Outlook is blocking any Office documents; most
likely it is either your outgoing mail server, or the recipients
incoming mail server.

I usually compress such documents into a ZIP file for safe delivery.

Nothing in Outlook will automatically delete things that quickly from the
Sent Items folder. What version of Outlook and what type of account?
