oper icon replaced IE icon

[If not now...when?]

Awhile ago, the OPERA icon replaced my IE icon for my favorites.
Also, now I cannot right click the icons and change the URL address if
I need to. There is no space to change the address. The only text
part of the URL properties window is the name of the shortcut, no edit
area for the URL itself. How do I change it back to the IE icon other
than unintsalling opera?

Open Opera. Go to File> Preferences> Default browser. Uncheck the relevant
boxes.
