Opening Windows Mail Full Screen

When in IE, when I clicked on Windows Mail it opened full screen. However
in past few days instead of opening full screen, it minimizes to task bar.
How do I get it to open full screen again?

Right-click on any Windows Mail shortcut, Properties, ensure that
under Run it has Normal Window, or Maximized.

Thanks much, somehow the "normal window" was checked in the properties run
box. As with many items in Vista, the answer is not always obvious to the
average user.
