Set full screen mode for create mail, etc.

How do I change Windows Mail in Vista Home Premium so that when I click on
Create Mail, Forward, or on a received email, the new window is opened in
full screen?

Open a new mail window>drag the edges to full screen with the mouse>close it
with the X.
Any/all mail windows will now open to the size you just closed as.
