onenote add-in cannot connect to onenote

Help me please!

I just reinstalled Office 2007 and I get this message when trying to send an
email to OneNote from Outlook

onenote add-in cannot connect to onenote. Make sure OneNote add-ins are
enabled (they are) in the Add-Ins category of the OneNote application options.

How can I fix this??
