Selecting data to send to OneNote?

(Outlook2007 question) Looked, searched, found nothing. How do I change the
data [fields] that move to a new OneNote2007 page at click of the icon? I
want to make notes in the Notes panel in Outlook and have those move to
OneNote.

In addition, I have installed Business Contact Manager and hope to do more
within this super-set of capabilities, so if anyone has any experience with
this question and its application to OneNote integration please add this.

I do not believe OneNote integrates with Outlook that way.
