Send to OneNote button operates intermitently

The send to OneNote button on my toolbar in Outlook 2007 is greyed out much
of the time and sometimes is active but not very often. Is this normal and
if not, can I do something to keep it active?

I think that is provided by the OneNote team so it's best to ask in a
OneNote group.
As far as Outlook goes - the add-in might be disabled. See if it is enabled
next time it appears off.

Thanks but I already checked and the add in is enabled. OneNote said since
it is an Outlook add in that I should ask here. Go figure.
