Runtime Error!

A lot of questions about this lately but no solution.
It must be Windows update that is the problem.

This is a Windows XP problem. I have install it on 5 HD. The two eldest
have this runtime error. This error and system hangs. For all 5 disks strange
hangs like Office Watson and english messages access denied but I dont have
the english version of Windows and all strange messages now is in English.

Also another problem seems to be related to this, the system hang.
Today it took me more than one hour to close down Windows as "Office Watson"
needed to be closed 3 times before I could close Windows. This installation
of XP is only one week old. Do I need to mention that I have never had Office
installed. So why do I get "Office Watson" do not respond and why this
message in English?

I am sure the problem is Windows update the last 10 days.

Windows XP the last 10 days have been a hell after uppdating. First was my
ordinary installation affekted and I thought I had been hacked. Later the
second installation was affekted and now 3 new ones less than one week old
starts to behave very strange. The two eldest cannot start, cannot be
repaired, I have limited access and the administrator account is gone. So no
way into the system.

Windows installation try to write over the old but it hangs over and over
again when it is 34 minutes left of 39.

I have ZoneAlarm with AV and antispyware. All istallations is made from CD
exept uppdates for Windows and ZA. Two disks was new, formatted from WinXP CD
so I know it was totally clean untill Windows update. I have XP SP2 on CD.

I have worked with this for 10 days now, post several questions here and
problems is just getting worse.

After installing Win XP SP2, ZoneAlarm with AV and antispyware and the
program for connection to internet (from CD), problems start after uppdates
and reboot.
Next thing is program for ADSL stop working, reinstall and get Runtime error
for this program. Now its 3 of 5 disks.

This should be easy. Win XP or ZoneAlarm? I cant see any problem with ZA on
their site but I can see a lot of problems with XP here in this forum. A lot
of problems every day.

I also know the problem very well as I have had most versions since MSDOS 2.0.
Time for Microsoft to take some responsibility for their products.

Please check Event Viewer for Warning / Error Reports in the System and
Application logs for the time the error occurs and post copies.

What language version of Windows XP are you using?

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information
regarding Event ID, Source and Description are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308427&Product=winxp

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report
complete with links into the message. Make sure this is the first paste
after exiting from Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.
