OKAYMF-1.EXE-DLL initialization failed

Hi im using windows XP sp2.im getting an error "The aalication failed to
initialize because windows is shutting down. Also im getting lots of popups.I
have avg trial version.

Did you perform the cleaning steps I gave earlier?
