Office Basic Edition 2003

I've been trying to re-install Office 2003 and it appears going well until I
get a message No. 1311 asking for a file ZF561407.cab and if it's accessible.

Why is this happening and how can I correct it?
Please note that I'm a total ignoramunus about comp.

That appears to be a common MS Office issue with OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer - Dell, HP, etc.) supplied software/disks.
