Excel Lockup

Problem Description: When using Excel after 4 or 5 data entries the cursor
locks on a data cell. Can not unlock or enter additional data. Can not exit
Excel except by Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Ran Windows detect and repair but did not
correct problem. Reinstalled Excel but problem remains. Attempted to
reinstall Office 2003 using CD but get Error message 1311 - Source
fileD:\ZF561407.CAB file not found.
Any suggestions

Try doing a complete uninstall first and then reinstall.
