Obtaining a hotfix

You call Microsoft Technical support. Mention only that your system
is experiencing the issue described in the KB article and nothing else.
They will email you the link to the Hotfix and the code to access it.

Hotfixes like this aren't fully tested/verified and are made available only
to users with the specific situation it (Hotfix) addresses.

You can locate the 1-800 number from the follow product support
