NTLDR: couldn't open drive multi

i was upgradeing from win.98 to win.xp professional and i got this message saying ntldr: couldn't open drive multi. could someone help me with this ? thankyou

Try going back to 03/24/04 Set up and Deployment in xp newsgroups,look fo
NTLDR is missing,pegasus mvp, gives a remody to fix that problem.

You might have left a floppy disk in the drive. Remove it before booting!
