NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM Virus my foot

I have just looked up the problem of NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM
Pc shuts down after 59 seconds, and all opinions point to
a MS/BLASTER WORM virus. I would just like to say that i
for one do not believe this to be a virus at all, but yet
another bug in microsofts windows XP. I have been trying
to put BT Surftime dial up with a disc from BT on my mates
PC which is brand new, and has never been connected to the
internet before, and i could not complete the details
online because it kept shuting down due to the continuous
nagging box NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM shutting down in 59
seconds. There is no way that this is a virus cause my
mate does not have an ISP or an emial. I believe it to be
a fault with windows XP, which is yet another rushed
operating system to make money for Bill Gates. I
personally would never have XP on my PC it is crap no
thought has gone into it and it has more bugs than any
other windows before it. There are only 2 good operating
windows systems and they are 95 and 98 the rest you can
shove where you like because no time was spent making them
they are all money makers and a rip off from microsoft. I
mean come on it takes 3 years to make a good game so how
can you make windows NT, 2000, ME, and XP in 3 years and
now longhorn is soon for release what a rip off microsoft
are.

Well you are obviously connected to something if you are entering details
online, which probably means it's the virus.

Look in this regkey to be sure:

I agree you you! I am also having the same problem with my
kids computer and it is not hooked up to the internet
unless I am updating Windows or Nortons. It could not be a
virus if you are not downloading from the internet. (I
scan any software they obtain through my nortons antivirus
first so it can not come that way either.

I agree you you! I am also having the same problem with my

Do you have any idea how STUPID you sound?
Why don't you take a moment to actually investigate the
issue before spouting off like a paranoid TWIT?
You ARE connecting to the Internet when you try to update
Norton or go to the Windows Update site. The problem is
you are doing so without any firewall enabled, before you
can update your XP with the proper patch that was released
by Microsoft 3 weeks before the msblaster worm even came
on the scene! Wake up and take notice of what is happening
out there in the Internet!
