Probably by getting rid of the Blaster or Sasser worm, whichever you have.
If it's Blaster you'll see that the RPC service is causing the shutdown, if
it's Sasser then it will be the LSASS service.
But of course, if this isn't what you mean, please phrase your question more
fully so we have a chance at diagnosing the problem.
