internet (NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM)

i have recently reinstalled Windows XP and now when i try
and access the internet about 5 mins later a message box
appears sayin NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM has to shut down your
computer and then procedes to give me a minute to shut
everythign down before it restarts my comp. how can i stop
this happening?
