nscssrvce.exe won't load. ccl.30.dll missing

Lately when I boot up, I get a message box:

Header says: NSCSRVCE.EXE unable to locate component

In the box, it says: ccl.30.dll was not found

Two questions:

What is NSCSRVCE.EXE?

How do I reinstall ccl.30.dll?

Many thanks!

The best way to find out answers to questions like that is to Google the
name of the file; i.e., use NSCSRVCE.EXE and ccl.30.dll as the search
terms. When you do that, you find out that these are files connected
with Norton Internet Security. Googling for ccl.30.dll in particular
brings up several sites where people had the same problem. Here's a
link to a forum where there seems to be a solution:

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Networking/Q_21676691.html

BTW, that forum is rather sneaky in that you *don't* have to pay to get
the answer; just scroll down to the bottom of the page past all the
ads. I really don't like Experts-Exchange because of this, but
sometimes the answer you need is there.

File names spelled correctly? ccl32.dll is a Norton file. NTservice.exe
is/was a Norton file. It may have been renamed in newer versions of their
antivirus program. If these files track back to your antivirus (or other
Norton/Symantec product), you'll want to ask this question in their support
forums, or contact their technical support, or look up the error message in
their online tech support area.

I agree, pretty sneaky, but if you get to one of their pages that is just a
list or discussion topics and not the actual discussion thread, the you do
have to pay.

Thanks for the clarification, Dan. I've never gone further than just
reading the answer on the first page. There are plenty of great, free
tech support forums so there's no reason to pay for Experts-Exchange.
Here are just a few that I really like:

Thanks, I went to that, and found the discussion, but can't get the
downloaded file to install.

I suppose I should go back and ask them?
