Error Message-Closing IE and web pages

When closing IE or various web pages, I get the following message:

NSCSRVCE.EXE- Unable to locate component. Failed to start because ccL30.dll
was not found. Consider reinstalling the Application.

Has anyone gotten this message and what application is it talking about-IE?

NSCSRVCE.EXE is a process belonging to Norton Internet Security Suite which

trojans which can be distrubuted through e-mail or attack directly to the
computer allowing unauthorized access to your computer. This program is
important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not
be terminated

Basically to fix the problem, try re-installing Norton Internet Security.

Also, this file runs as a service (in the background, without a window). So
just re-booting your puter may solve the problem. If it doesn't try
re-installing Nortons.
