Not install because Windows Installer

Hi! When i try to install a program it stpos and then appears a new windows
that say "Windows Installer". In this windows says commands and has the
button that says "ok". I touch in this button and nothing more happens. The
installation stops for here.

I would like to know how can i install the program without happears this
windows that say "Windows Installer"

The problem continues. It stop when in the installation says "configuring the
program of installation of windows"
