Not install with Windows Installer

Hi! When i try to install a program it stpos and then appears a new windows
that say "Windows Installer". In this windows says commands and has the
button that says "ok". I touch in this button and nothing more happens. The
installation stops for here.

I would like to know how can i install the program without happears this
windows that say "Windows Installer"

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:
SFC /SCANNOW
You will need your original setup media.

The problem continues. I don't know if this program worker well because it
stop doing a analise of the .avi
