Norton compatibility

Rory

I have downloaded and installed service pack 2.
The "Security Centre" on the toolbar continues to tell me
that my Norton Antivirus is installed, but its status is
unknown. I have an up to date subscription, and have run
every default check and update, but Windows doesn't seem
to support or recognise this.

Anyone else have this problem, or better still a solution?
Or should I just not worry, since Antivirus knows that
it's alive and well.

Thanks
Rory
