NOD32 & Bat E-mail???

Hello to the group, I have a Question,

Is there anyone here that uses the Bat email program and NOD32 AV program as
well. If so did NOD32 integrate well and scan incoming emails as it does in
outlook?

I notice my back up AVG scanner has a BAT E-mail option but I did not see
the same for NOD32. I will check out Wilders as well but thought there may
be a Lurker here with an instant answer to the question. thank in advance
folks.

If you're using the POP3 protocol with this BAT E-Mail, then NOD should
have no problem with it. If you're using one of the other two protocols
that this BAT E-mail can use, then I don't know.

I use "The Bat!" email with NOD32. NOD32 only installs the EMON if you are
using MAPI. If your are using POP3 then NOD32's IMON module scans all
incoming email at the Winsock level way before it even gets to the email
client. If you get infected mail NOD32 pops up it's warnings as the mail is
being downloaded.

Ok well with the following message appearing on my email now I guess all is
well with NOD32 and BAT e-mail, I feel better now that I know, thank for the
rapid responses and information I've cut and pasted the replies to my
braniac folder.

I use both programs and can confirm NOD32 works flawlessly with The Bat,
not a single virus has been able to get through.
